By accessing or using OneClick Reporting ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
OneClick Reporting is a cloud-based home inspection report management platform that provides tools for creating inspections, uploading photos, generating AI-assisted narratives, tagging defects, managing teams, and producing professional inspection reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
The AI narrative feature generates suggested inspection language based on your notes, photo captions, and defect tags. AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content in your inspection reports before delivery to clients. OneClick Reporting does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated narratives for any specific inspection situation.
You agree not to:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
OneClick Reporting operates as a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation between companies. We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing, prepared SQL statements, CSRF protection, input validation, and file upload restrictions. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClick Reporting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is a report management tool and does not replace professional inspection judgment, training, or licensing requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneClick Reporting and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your inspection reports, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
