A report is a single inspection you create in OneClick Reporting. You can add as many sections, photos, and findings to a report as needed — they all count as one report. Draft reports that are never published still count toward your monthly total.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Add as many inspectors, office staff, or admin users as you need at no extra cost. Many competitors charge $99/mo per additional inspector — we don't.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods.
If you exceed your included reports, you're billed the per-report rate for each additional report. For example, on the Growth plan with 25 reports in a month, you'd pay $99 base + 5 extra reports × $4 = $119 total. Or just choose Unlimited and never think about it.
